Step 1: Install iTunes on Your Computer
With the iTunes method, one will have to download the iTunes application on the computer as well. They will also have to use the original iPhone USB cable so an iTunes connection error is not encountered.
Step 2: Open the App on Your Computer and Connect Your iPhone

Open the program once the download is complete and connect your iPhone to the computer you want to transfer the messages to. As the phone is connected, the program will display the text conversations on the computer screen.
