Step 1: Install iTunes on your computer and enable USB Debugging mode on your Android

Step 2: Backup your WhatsApp chats to local storage
Next thing you will need to do is open WhatsApp messenger app on your Android device, go to Settings > Chats > Chat backup and select "Back up to Google Drive Never" option under the 'Google Drive Settings' section. And then tap the "Back Up" button to backup your WhatsApp chats to phone's internal storage.
Step 3: Connect your Android to your computer and downgrade your WhatsApp Messenger
Connect your Android smartphone to your computer and launch the program. WhatsApp app must be installed on your Android with the verified phone number before you connect your Android to your computer. This tool will ask you to downgrade your WhatsApp messenger app, and in order to allow the software to perform this task you will need to click "Yes" button after reading the important instructions.

Step 6: Restore WhatsApp messages and media from database to your iPhone

Now it's time to unlock your iPhone by entering the passcode and connect it to your computer via its USB cable. Now just right-click on the database and select "Transfer Messages from Database to iPhone" option to restore WhatsApp chats to your iPhone. We are done!

Note: Make sure WhatsApp app is installed on your iPhone and your phone number is verified before you connect your iPhone to computer and restore chats. If the app is not detecting your iPhone, then you will first need to encrypt your iTunes backup with the password.
